Melanie Burford Film Shortlisted by WHO

Melanie Burford’s short film The Last Mile is the Longest has been shortlisted by the World Health Organization’s Health for All Film Festival. The film, produced by Burford for Ripple Effect Images in Cambodia, the film documents the health workers of Operation ASHA working to combat a tuberculosis crisis in rural communities. The festival’s Grand Prix will be announced on May 13.
